Thigh Lift

This procedure removes excess skin and fat from the thigh area. The goal is to improve the appearance of your thighs and remove the "wrinkled look" produced by weight loss. You will typically have a scar that is vertically orientated along the inner thigh and may extend into the lower buttocks crease.

Brachioplasty

Also known as the arm lift, brachiaplasty reshapes the under portion of the upper arm, from the underarm region to the elbow. This is performed to reduce excess sagging skin that droops down when the arm is extended away from the body. Also the procedure tightens and smoothes the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm. After arm lift surgery or upper arm liposuction you will be required to wear a compressive garment which is much like a very tight shirt.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

Abdominosplasty is best suited to women and men who are in relatively good shape, but have loose abdominal skin and/or a significant amount of abdominal fat that will not respond to dieting or exercise. The surgery will take place in our American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. The surgery normally takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the particular procedures being performed. A partial tummy tuck, can be performed in combination with liposuction. General anesthesia may be employed in order to allow you to sleep through the operation.

Liposuction

Liposuction remains one of the most commonly performed cosmetic surgical procedure in the United States today. Liposuction is the only proven method to produce permanent spot reduction and contour improvement in areas affected by excess fatty deposits. Liposuction is not; however, an appropriate method for achieving weight loss, although it can, and often does, help motivate patients to improve their diet and exercise patterns postoperatively. In women, liposuction is most commonly performed to treat saddlebags (outer thighs), hips, and the abdomen.
