Thigh Lift

This procedure removes excess skin and fat from the thigh area. The goal is to improve the appearance of your thighs and remove the "wrinkled look" produced by weight loss. You will typically have a scar that is vertically orientated along the inner thigh and may extend into the lower buttocks crease.

Brachioplasty

Also known as the arm lift, brachiaplasty reshapes the under portion of the upper arm, from the underarm region to the elbow. This is performed to reduce excess sagging skin that droops down when the arm is extended away from the body. Also the procedure tightens and smoothes the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm. After arm lift surgery or upper arm liposuction you will be required to wear a compressive garment which is much like a very tight shirt.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

Abdominosplasty is best suited to women and men who are in relatively good shape, but have loose abdominal skin and/or a significant amount of abdominal fat that will not respond to dieting or exercise. The surgery will take place in our American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. The surgery normally takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the particular procedures being performed. A partial tummy tuck, can be performed in combination with liposuction. General anesthesia may be employed in order to allow you to sleep through the operation.

Liposuction

Liposuction remains one of the most commonly performed cosmetic surgical procedure in the United States today. Liposuction is the only proven method to produce permanent spot reduction and contour improvement in areas affected by excess fatty deposits. Liposuction is not; however, an appropriate method for achieving weight loss, although it can, and often does, help motivate patients to improve their diet and exercise patterns postoperatively. In women, liposuction is most commonly performed to treat saddlebags (outer thighs), hips, and the abdomen.

Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)

Otoplasty is an operation that is performed to correct prominent ears. This condition can be moderate or severe and manifests itself by causing the ears to protrude and cup forward. While usually diagnosed at a younger age, this condition is ignored and camouflaged by wearing the hair longer. In children, it is often the cause of ridicule by classmates and may cause significant psycho-social concerns.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

Upper Eyelid Surgery is performed to remove the fat deposits, loose skin and drooping skin that may have formed around the upper eyelids due to age. Heredity and sun damage can hasten these changes. Younger people also elect to have this procedure done to eliminate puffiness of the eyes from congenital excess fatty tissue. In a typical upper eyelid surgery procedure, the plastic surgeon first marks the individual lines and creases of the lids in order to minimize the scars. The incision is made, and excess fat, muscle, and loose skin are removed.

Facial Liposuction

Liposuction can help the chin area, neck, jowls, and cheeks. Recovery time can vary from a day to two weeks, depending upon the areas treated, the extent of the fat removed and the general condition of the patient.

Brow Lift

Brow Lift is a procedure that improves the appearance of the facial region, mainly between the upper eyelids and the scalp extending to the temples. This procedure is done to minimize lines/creases in the forehead, and to improve low or sagging brows. It also raises the brow to a more alert, youthful position. Results are immediate though it will take 10-14 days for most swelling and bruising to resolve. Most patients find that they can return to work within a week after the brow lift.

Face Lift

Face lifts are performed by plastic surgeons to reduce the slackness in the tissues of the face; a face lift tightens or excises muscle, fat and skin, producing a more youthful, rested appearance. For individuals interested in reducing sagging in the facial area, face lifts may be the best way to address the problem. For many patients, the key issues corrected by face lift surgery include sagging jowls, loose neck skin, and fat accumulation under the chin (double chin).

Gynecomastia (Breast Lift for Men)

Gynocomastia is enlarged or over developed breast in males. Surgery to reduce this tissue is called reduction mammaplasty and reduces breast size, flattening and enhancing the chest contours. While the exact cause of this condition is not known, it may be linked to hormone levels and hypertrophy of tissues in the male breast region. When found in adolescents who have passed puberty, it is sometimes necessary to check hormone levels that may be causing this condition. Most of the time surgery is the appropriate treatment.
